*The basic price includes, trademark class selection, drafting basic specification of goods and services, free identical trademark search, trademark application filing in one class by a licensed Trademark Attorney, responses to minor office actions, reporting the acceptance, publication and providing the registration certificate. Comprehensive trademark clearance search is subject to a separate flat fee which vary depending on your needs. The fees in respect of any other work, including handling of oppositions, will be charged on a time basis with the hourly charge rate of €140.
